Sidestep 1

Although the car should be starting, I still didn't properly test it. Some problems came up:
- the ignition is still not good. The lock blocked whil pushing the car outside the garage. Time is my enemy. I should take care of the problem, but at daytime there's not enough time, in the evening, not enough light. I don't like it to fiddle about with a torchlight.
- the battery is low, again. It's not a good battery, after starting a few times, it runs empty.
- to try properly I'll have to detach the carburettors an fill some petrol in them. Therefor I'll have to get some petrol, but ...

Pip has his own thoughts about me putting my head in the sand.

All excuses.

Besides, my job search is costing me a lot of energy. My works on the bleu one are limitied in the weekends. Last weekend I fixed the rear bumper an sprayed it rather properly. (It's still nogt good, but for teh time being, it's alright.)

The rear bumper already had a layer of plastic primer. Just needed to clean it.

First layer of 44640 Motip (Bleu Lord 438)

Second layer (of more)

the imperfections of my prepartion. Just the plastic primer
and no putty to sand the imperfections away.

Nothing to see of the imperfections, eeeh?
What about the QV-skirts I fitted on the Bleu Lord?

Pretty neat! I'm content.

This was another little sidestep te keep me off the !@!#!@#%!#@-ignition lock.
